Character: It is white monoclinic crystalline powder, odorless; soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and acetum, slightly soluble in water; insoluble in ethanol. Stabilizing in air. Relative density is 2.32.
Uses: In food industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough modifier, buffering agent, nutritional supplement, emulsifier, stabilizing agent.
Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound paper-plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage & Transportation: It should be stored in a dry and ventilating warehouse; be cautious to keep away from moisture and hot.
