Uses: In food industry, it was used as alkaline agent, nutrition supplement agent, the dough regulation agent, solidification agent, yeast foodstuff, resist of lumping agent, loosening agent, fermented agent, glue candy auxiliary agent, modifier, surface colouring agent of food and so on.
Packing: It is packed with plastic bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage & Transportation: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away form water and moisture during transport, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage to bags. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
